PediaSync

For pediatric practices

The days between visits, in the room with you.

Parents already track every feed, nap and diaper in PediaSync. This is where a pediatric practice can see that record — with the family’s consent, one child at a time, without asking anyone to recite three weeks from memory.

One account per practice

The office is the account. Each clinician works their own panel inside it, and a colleague covering a shift can still open the chart in front of them.

Families join with a code

Issue a code at the front desk or in the room. The parent types it into the app once; no parent account, no email, no password to reset.

The whole day, not a summary

Feeds, sleeps, wakings, diapers, medicines, foods eaten, growth and the notes a parent actually wrote — on one calendar, by day, week or month.

Parents push, the clinic reads

Sync is one-directional by design, and it is enforced as a database privilege rather than a convention. Nothing the practice does can write to a family’s record.

Every access, accounted for

Logins, issued codes, and every enrollment change are written to an append-only audit log — a record a practice can answer for, not just a feature it trusts.

Consent that can be withdrawn

A family unlinks from their own device, on their own schedule, and can ask that everything they sent be deleted along with it.

How a family joins

  1. 01

    Issue a code

A clinician generates a code and assigns it to their panel.

  2. 02

    The parent enters it

Once, in the PediaSync app. The code works one time.

  3. 03

    The record appears

Their history syncs to the practice until they unlink.

Built to be trusted with a child's record

Read about our security practices →
  • A practice's data is isolated at the database level, not just by application code.
  • Clinician accounts require email verification before the office is usable.
  • Passwords are hashed, never stored in plain text, and never leave the server.
  • Traffic to the portal and the sync API is encrypted in transit.
