The Android app isn't on the Play Store — it's sideloaded directly from here. A clinic gives a family a join code inside the app itself, after it's installed.

Installing it
Android blocks installs from outside the Play Store by default. After downloading, open the file — Android will prompt to allow installs from your browser or Files app for this one install; allow it and continue. This is standard for any app that isn't store-distributed, not something specific to PediaSync.
Reinstalling over an existing PediaSync install keeps that device's data — sign-in state, tracked history, and anything not yet synced.
